The British Council presents a Sustainable Fashion Workshop in Madrid
The workshop will take place between 12th and 14th December
The British Council offers its third workshop in Sustainable Fashion in the framework of Madrid Capital de Moda, after the ones celebrated in Marseille and Athens. The workshop will take place between 12th and 14th December and the applications are opened until 16th November, targeting Young designers from Spain, France, Greece and Portugal.
This time participant will learn first hand the challenges that the fashion industry faces, thanks to the collaboration of Alice Holmberg, associated professor at Central Saint Martins, and the designers of streetwear label One by me, specialized in circular economy.
The workshop is aimed at young fashion professionals on the route to sustainability and will debunk some of the myths around sustainability and aesthetics and consumption.

This meeting will be precede by the visit of sustainabiliy guru Carry Sommers to the Bilbao Dweek, an event organized by BIAAF in partnership with the British Council. You can still subscribe HERE.
